In the event of a request to transfer the service of a worker with a non-domestic occupation, a request to change the occupation will be sent with the request to transfer services automatically to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Service transfer fees are the fees required by government agencies to transfer services, and it is “2,000 riyals” to transfer the worker for the first time, “4,000 riyals” to transfer the worker for the second time, and “6,000 riyals” to transfer the worker for the third time.
The cost of the occupation change service is 1000 riyals.
The initial request is submitted by the recruitment company, after which the employer must login to the Musaned platform, view the request details, complete the payment process, and attach proof of financial ability . After payment and verification of the client's eligibility, the worker is handed over to the employer and the trial period begins, during which a request to transfer services can be submitted and the passport office can be visited to complete the transfer of services process.

After the service request is submitted by the recruitment company, the employer enters the Musaned platform and pays the service fees.
Recruitment company
The probation period (90 days) begins from the beginning of the contract, and the services are transferred after the end of the probation period (90 days). A request to transfer services can be submitted before the end of the probation period.

The employer can submit a request to replace the worker during the probation period, and the recruitment company has 10 days to provide feedback, replace, or cancel. Note that the employer can submit a replacement request only twice.
The recruitment company is responsible for the worker until the transfer of services is completed and the cancellation and replacement policy is adhered to.
The employer has the right to test the domestic worker for a period not exceeding (90) days, during which the employer can verify the occupational competence of the domestic worker and the integrity of his /her personal conduct.
Worker cannot be placed on probation more than once with the same employer.
