• For Kenyan workers: Eight thousand eight hundred and forty SAR and five halalas (8,840.05 SAR), including VAT, and excluding the domestic ticket in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if any, to be paid in single payment through the Musaned portal.
• For Sri Lankan workers: Eleven thousand four hundred and seventy-one SAR and twenty-five halalas (11,471.25 SAR), including VAT, and excluding the domestic ticket in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if any, to be paid in one payment through the Musaned portal.

For a Ugandan worker: Five thousand nine hundred and ninety-one and fifty halalas (5991.5 SAR), including value-added tax, and excluding the domestic ticket in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if any, paid

6 - What is the time limit of Maarofa service

It is (90 days), starting from the day following the employer’s payment of the recruitment costs through the Musaned portal. If the worker’s arrival is delayed, the establishment will be granted an additional period of up to 30 days, once.

7 - What actions are taken towards the recruitment office in case the worker’s arrival is delayed

Points will be calculated for the office, and the office will be prevented from providing this service if it gets a certain number of points.

8 - Can I cancel the service

Yes, the cancellation fee is calculated as stated in the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions and contract.

The client can choose either by automatically assigning the request from the system according to the employer’s city of residence, and the name of the office will appear in the contract, or choosing a specific recruitment office from a list of recruitment offices that provide Maarofa service .
