2. The status of the worker in the Absher platform must be final exit.
3. Not exceeding the maximum number of visas permitted by the system.
4. To issue Alternative (Replacement) Visa must be issued within two years of the worker’s departure.

You can obtain an alternative (compensatory) visa from your personal account in Musaned or by visiting one of the branches of the Recruitment Departments affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

5 - ?What are the reasons for refusing to issue an alternative (compensatory) visa for domestic workers

1. Exceeding the maximum allowed number of visas based on the rules for recruiting domestic workers. There is a maximum limit for visas according to the category (issued one, currently active and being issued) that are permitted for the applicant.
2. The applicant has traffic violations.
3. Exceeding the probationary period (90 days from the worker’s arrival). The worker must be deported during the probationary period permitted by the system to obtain a compensation visa.
4. The worker’s status must be registered in the Absher platform as final exit to obtain a compensation visa.
5. There is a previous visa compensation, the visa that has been issued will be compensated for. And can be used only once per visa .
