The unified recruitment journey is an integrated recruitment journey that begins with the client’s desire to recruit a domestic worker, then choosing the occupation and nationality of the required worker until the worker arrives. By logging into the Musaned platform and submitting a new recruitment request.
The unified journey consists of the following simple steps:
If the visa has been previously issued, the recruitment office may take a maximum of two days to respond to the request. However, if the visa is new, the response to the request may take up to 7 days.
If the visa application is rejected, the recruitment application is automatically rejected. The reasons for the visa rejection can be viewed on the Musaned - Visas platform.
After submitting the recruitment request, our office sends recruitment offers that include CVs (to recruit according to specifications) and include the monthly salary, and can be accessed through your account on the Musaned platform - Contracts - Order Details.
You can pay after accepting the offer submitted by the recruitment office, through the electronic payment channels on the Musaned platform, like Mada - Visa - MasterCard
If the visa application was rejected after the payment, a text message will be sent stating the reason for the rejection. You can modify the application within a maximum period of 4 days.

The client may cancel the contract for any reason, and the cancellation penalty is calculated according to the terms of the contract as follows: -

Yes, previously issued visas can be contracted if the occupation and nationality issued on the visa are compatible when contracting in the unified journey.
Yes, you can contract and the older visa will be used if there is more than one visa issued for the same occupation, country and destination.
The application will take up to 5 days to be initially accepted.
The request will be automatically cancelled after 5 days of submission.
The charges can be paid via : Mada Card - Visa – MasterCard – Apple Pay, Or through the SADAD service for government payments by visiting the recruitment office. Payment can be made via the installment service in easy monthly installments according to the customer’s choice.
If the credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is issued by the participating banks (SABB | First Bank, Riyad Bank, Emirates NBD, Bank Aljazira, Investment Bank) and the bank supports the installment feature for the selected contract charges, you will be able to choose the installment service as a payment method when making the payment process.
Yes. All policies for canceling the contract apply in terms of refunding the amount based on the policies mentioned in the contract, and installments will still be paid normally to the bank.
The cost of recruitment for the cancelled electronic contract request will be refunded within the first (5) days to the card used in the payment process, or via the bank account registered in “My Profile” within two business days .
The responsibility for transferring the recruitment amount lies with the recruitment office mentioned in the contract, in accordance with the terms of the contract signed between the two parties.
The recruitment office/company guarantees the workers chosen by the employer himself (appointed by name) for a 3-month probation period based on the contract signed between the two parties.
Receiving the new worker is the responsibility of recruitment offices and companies, and the office cannot delegate the employer to receive them.
The employer signs the contract with the domestic worker, clearly specifying the following essential points:
1. The work nature that the domestic worker is obligated to perform.
2. The wage that the employer is obligated to pay to the domestic worker.
3. The rights and duties of both parties.
4. The trial period .
5. The duration of the contract and how to extend it .
6. The recruitment charges.
Recruitment offices can serve agents to contract on behalf of their clients using the office contracting service. This is done by entering the agent’s information first, then inquiring about the clients’ visas and entering the necessary data, with attaching the legal agency deed, after which the office can contract on behalf of the visa holder. Note that the legal agency deed is not required in the case of the father/mother who is the guardian of his/her children, and it is sufficient to attach the family card.
Visa holders can contract electronically using visas issued by government recruitment offices for all nationalities, except for nationalities exempted from electronic contracting and designated for office contracting, by visiting recruitment offices.
